Terms and Conditions

1. Estimates


All estimates are provided free of charge and are based on the information and photos submitted by the customer.


Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date they are issued.



2. Deposits


A 50% deposit is required to confirm and begin any project.


Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been purchased or the project has commenced.



3. Delivery and Completion


Delivery timelines will be provided at the time of order confirmation. While we strive to meet deadlines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., supplier delays).


Clients will be notified promptly of any changes to the timeline.



4. Materials


Materials Provided by Dallas Fabric Swatch: Certain fabrics include a warranty for defects and durability, which will be discussed prior to purchase. Specialty or delicate fabrics may not be covered by warranty due to their inherent characteristics.


Materials Provided by the Client: Customers are responsible for ensuring their materials are suitable for the project. Dallas Fabric Swatch is not liable for defects, durability, or suitability of materials provided by the client.



5. Changes to Orders


Any changes to the project must be communicated at least 2 business days in advance.


Changes made after the project has started may be subject to additional charges.



6. Cancellations


Cancellations must be made with at least 2 days' notice prior to the scheduled start date.


Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made within 2 days of the start date or after the project has begun.



7. Payment


Final payment is due upon delivery of the completed project.


Payments not received within 7 days of delivery may incur a late fee of 5% of the total invoice.



8. Dispute Resolution


In the event of a dispute, Dallas Fabric Swatch will make every effort to resolve the issue amicably.


If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be settled under the jurisdiction of the courts in Dallas, Texas.
